Ordered the goods - a month later with no communication they tell me they don’t have the stock.
A feisty email later, I get a refund the same day. They did give 2 options of a, a refund or b, an alternative product which is similar - not really what you want but not a scammer - just hopelessly disorganised servicing the NZ market from Australia.
No gripes, but would not trade with again |

I paid 40 odd dollars to get it shipped quicker and the auction said 6-9 days however it took 20 days from ordering it to when it turned up. So there was really no point in paying for faster shipping as it took them longer than that so even send it.
I realise it is a busy time of year but a wee email would have been appreciated. |
