| | When this arrived I realized it wasn't the right one. This is not on the seller as they advertised the item correctly. However when I realized my mistake I immediately emailed them to see if they had the charger I needed or a converter (so not blaming them OR asking for a refund). It's been over a week and no response. Not very good customer service in my opinion. |

| | I received this refurbished product the next day, and it looks remarkably clean and pristine. It performs well, with a slightly better CPU than advertised. However, the screen resolution is 1080p, not 3k as stated, which isn’t a major issue for me. The battery life is excellent at 98% health, and it comes with a manufacturer warranty until late 2026. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase for the price. |
