| | every time I place an order I have to chase the team by emails and phone calls. It is like they have no idea they have a computer and sales orders coming in or know they have emails to reply to. What a shambles...the owner would really need to get this company straight before it falls to pieces... buyers beware you will have to suffer to have orders delivered.... |

I had to call the factory twice in 2 days to get someone to tell me they were going to call me back and let me know they were looking at getting it on the courier. They missed the Friday courirer when it should have been sent out on the Thursday to finally ship it out on the Monday. A competitor in the south island had my order delivered twice on the next day for less |
