| | iPad arrived, very poor packaging, cracked right through length of screen.
they replied would collect and replace however it took 24 hours to send the return delivery details, saying they would replace (no mention of refund).
I told them it’s not for them to decide to replace with an unknown device that I did not purchase. I want a refund.
Now they are saying even if the iPad is returned they will not refund unless the feedback is removed.
