| | was charged an extra 100+ dollars on top of the standard Wellington delivery cost even though my town is on state highway 1 and before Wellington city, and then after paying and getting it delivered finding the wrong colour has been sent!, was supposed to be beige not grey!...Grrrr! |
| | trader responded: | 16/9/26 |
| | Thanks for your feedback. To clarify: standard courier covers up to 25kg, and since this sofa is over 50kg, Mainfreight was required with an extra fee — this was optional and you chose to proceed. Regarding the colour, this is the first we're hearing of it; no email or photos were sent prior. Please send photos of the sofa and box so we can properly investigate and resolve this for you. |

| | Great product. 3 peices, head board with 2 steel rods.Annoying there were no screws to attach the head board to its steel rods. I did have the bolts to attach to the base. not so nice if you don't have the screws. an they gotta be the right size or the might pop thru the velvet head board. |
