| | Purchase confirmation said we would be contacted with pick up instructions which did not happen. No answer to email, so phoned and were told just to go in. Once at the depot, all went extremely well, fridge/freezer easily located. Yet to try it out but is a 4.5 star fridge for a reasonable price. Advice would be to phone up the depot after a few days post purchase to check item is ready for pick up, then just go in and collect it. |

| | The slowest saw blade purchase .... four days after purchase I hit them up for a tracking number and get a TDT tracking number, which is "TD Truck" according to them. The next day, I get a Castle Parcel notification saying they have collected my item (wtf moment lol), another four days later I finally get my item. Christchurch to North Canterbury 8 days (I've had Aliexpress items come from China quicker). For a business, very average service. |
