| | I phoned to make sure it was OK to call in and collect the Laptop in question. I was told that as long as I had paid and received notification that the goods were ready to collect, it was OK .Trash palace should make it clear that notification comes from them, by email conforming collection arrangement. Overall I got a very grumpy reception, which was totally unnecessary.
Otherwise the transaction was OK. |

Was hoping I could spend some time gaining confidence on device repair but “disappointingly” everything worked perfectly. No maintenance was needed to get the system up to a decent spot. Makes you think what other perfectly functional devices are being thrown away out there. |
