| | Brought this car transmission blew within the 1st week am still dealing with them 4 days later with no car and hopefully a refund but doesn’t pay back the rest that I have paid to get this car back to my the child care and travel since buying this vehicle unfortunately until yesterday have been constantly trying to get a hold of them in this stressful situation. This is definitely not a smooth ride. |

| | Unfortunately this vehicle has major mechanical problems. Turners have declined any claims due to being brought through auction. Have reminded them of their responsibilities under the consumer guarantees act. Have requested to speak to the branch manager, failing that will be filing with small claims as advised by the Citizens Advice Bureau. |
