HOW CAN I TELL YOU MY PREFERRED COLOUR IN THE PURCHASE?
All you need to do is to leave us a “delivery message” after clicking BUY NOW. TradeMe auto-hides this column, so you need to click on “+ Add delivery instructions” under contact phone number and your delivery address.
WHY YOU CANNOT DELIVERY TO PO BOX?
These delivery options are exclusive for NZ Post and Courier Post. As we ship many parcels every day, we really cannot go to Post Office for couriering every parcel. If PO BOX is your only option, please contact us and see what we can do for you.
WHY MY PARCEL STILL NOT DELIVERED?
It generally happens there was a problem in the processing or delivery. Please check your email (including junk mail), see whether there is an email from us, and you didn’t reply it? If there isn’t, please feel welcome to contact us, so we can investigate the problem for you.
HOW CAN I REPLACE THE INK/TONER CARTRIDGE?
Our ink/toner cartridges will work the same as original ones, so please refer to your printer manual for instructions. Some key points:
Inkjet Printers (All Brands):
For all ink cartridges, they are some protective sealed tape or holder on the cartridges. Please remove them carefully, and insert to your printer firmly, to ensure them in the right position as other cartridges. If there is no ink following from cartridge to your print pages, please firstly check whether the breathing role on the cartridge is broken by your printer pin, and then try to use your printer nozzle head cleaning function (can be found under printer settings) to clean few times. Inkjet printers’ printer head usually can be blocked by dried ink residual, especially when you don’t print one colour page every day.
Brother LaserJet Printer:
For brother LaserJet printer, please always replace your toner while keeping the printer power on, otherwise the printer will not recognise you have replaced a new toner cartridge. If you are replacing more than one toners, please do it one by one – replace one colour, close the lid, let the printer self-examine the new cartridge and recognise it, and then open the lid, replace another. DO NOT REPLACE BROTHER TONER WHILE THE POWER IS OFF, OR REPLACE THEM ALL ALTEGETHER. The instruction is the same as original brother toner cartridges.
If you replace a drum unit for Brother printer, please always remember to reset the drum following instructions on the printer manual book.
HP & Canon LaserJet Printer:
For HP and Canon toner cartridges, there might be a sealed tape inside the toner, please pull it off carefully before use.
