Payments
You will be able to checkout with paynow after purchase or if you prefer bank transfer you will automatically be sent an email straight after winning your auction with payment details and instructions.
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made). Otherwise bad feedback will be placed
If you do not intend on completing the trade, please just let us know this saves everyone time and hassle.

It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account.
Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day
Please use your AUCTION REFERENCE NUMBER as a banking reference.
To speed up your item being dispatched please email a confirmation email once you have made payment and where possible attach at confirmation receipt so we can get your items dispatched as fast as possible.
Price / Invoice
All prices are inc New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive.
GST invoices are emailed with tracking numbers once products have been dispatched- please check your junk folder if you haven’t received it.
