Completing Your Purchase:
You must make contact with us within 3 days of winning an auction. Payment must be made within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing & Invoicing:
All prices listed on TradeMe are GST inclusive. GST invoices are available on request for all purchases.
We aim to have the LOWEST pricing. Please let us know if you think our pricing is a little out, we will always do our best to match or beat any promotions from retailers. Please note these requests need to make before winning an auction.

Layby:
Yes, you are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 8 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.
