Payment Terms
Please ensure you use your trade me refence when depositing money.
You will be sent an email immediately after the auction closes with payment instructions. However we do not email to confirm we have received your payment but we will despatch the day we receive payment. Please remember that payments made on a weekend will not show in our account till the following Tuesday.
You will be sent an email straight after winning your auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 5 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).
Payment Instructions
Payment Instructions are sent automatically through Trademe, and we ask for full payment within 5 days of the close of auction. Please make sure to use your auction number as reference, failure to do so may result in a considerable delay whilst we try and match up unreferenced payments. Bank account details are on the payment email for internet.
