Payment to be made in full before goods are released
All equipment comes standard with a 12-Month RTB Hardware WTY unless stated otherwise.
Software products purchased are not covered by our warranty
Goods returned without fault will incur a 20% restocking fee
If an item is faulty on arrival or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3-Days of receiving goods.
Freight claims outside the 3-day period will not be honoured.
Used Laptop batteries are not covered under warranty - no exceptions
