Pickups
To ensure pickups are as efficient and streamlined as possible, please keep the following details in mind when selecting the pickup option on our listings. We will primarily reach out via email, so please ensure you have access to the email linked to your Trade Me account. If you do not have access to the email, you will need to text us at 02-0409-29468 with your Trade Me purchase reference. We may also request additional proof of purchase if necessary.
We offer same day collections on most items. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns or would like confirmation.
Paying on-site
Payment on site is allowed; however, it must be made via EFTPOS on-site. PayWave is enabled, and all types of cards are accepted except Prezzy Cards. No surcharges apply.
We do not accept cash.

We are not open on public holidays or Saturday/Sunday.
Instructions: Please come all the way down the driveway and look for signage.
Cancelling a collection
If we have processed and prepared your order for you to collect, and you would like to cancel your order, a 20% reshelving fee will be deducted from the purchase price. If we have not processed the order, no reshelving fee will be deducted.
Uncollected Orders
We allow up to 45 days for you to collect your order. If this period has passed and your order has not been collected, and we have not received any communication from you regarding a collection date, your order will be cancelled. In this case, you will need to contact us with your bank account details so a refund can be processed. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the item’s purchase price in this case.
