  1. Please do not bid on any of our auctions unless you agree to all of our terms and conditions
  2. Buyers must check the item for faults or damages upon receipt. Any problems will need to be reported to us (by phone/email) within 72 hours of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
  3. Buyer will be required to pay the postage costs to send the faulty/damaged product back to us.
  4. Products must be returned in original packaging including all parts and accessories.
  5. We will supply a replacement if the product is faulty.
  6. Warranty does not cover normal wear or tear, damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed and damage from neglect or careless storage.
  7. Refunds will not be offered if the product is faulty, unless we can’t provide a replacement (The same or similar product) within 14 days. Electronic item does come with 1 year warranty.
  8. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
  9. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind, or if item is not what you expected.
  10. Non-Paying bidders are reported to Trade Me.
  11. We recommend that Buyer leave their feedback after their items are received.Please contact us FIRST to fix any problems or issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback does not solve any problem.
