Policy
ATTENTION:
Check with plumber/builder if items are fit to purpose - No refunds/exchanges/credits or returns on change of mind.
Once your order has come through, we will then send you collecting details/tracking details.
FREIGHT:
Please check every item which is sent by courier or freight company before you sign the consignment note. We do not take any responsibilities for any damages or missing items after your signature.
DAMADED ITEMS: Items need to be signed for as damaged and Robertson Bathware need to be notified within 15 minutes of delivery, items signed off as received in good condition and later notified as damaged will not be replaced/refunded.
FREIGHT FEE:
Rural delivery may have additional shipping fee. Extra shipping cost may be required if purchasing multiple items, please ask for combined shipping fee.
Freight Fee will be arranged once we know delivery address and size of the item.

AUCKLAND COLLECTING ORDERS:

We have Showrooms in Wellington and Christchurch and from time to time we will list ex display items for Wellington or Christchurch collection, address on collection will be noted on the auction.
We have great deals on seconds, deleted lines, ex display products and excess stock at amazing prices! We are located at 42 Vestey Drive, Mt Wellington, Auckland and are open Monday - Friday 8.30am – 4pm
We are regularly uploading new products such as Tapware, Basins, Vanities, Toilets, Bidets, , Baths, Bath Spouts, Showers, Kitchen Tapware and Accessories.
Warranties will be determined on each individual listing, as some are seconds or ex-display, and some items are new.
CHRISTMAS PERIOD:
During Christmas we will have our listings activated, however the store will be closed over a two-week period, the dates will be stated in our listing to reflect this. During this two-week shutdown time we will not be dispatching orders and no collections will be available.
