Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.
No credit card information is stored unless directly requested by the customer.
The only exception is the requirement where unrestricted two way radios for use by Amateur Radio Operators are sold. This does not apply to UHF PRS (CB) Radios or radios that do not have the capability to transmit (eg. scanner radios). The class of radio transmitter for which sale details are required to be sent to Radio Spectrum Management is any unrestricted two way radio as defined in the Radiocommunications Regulations (Prohibited Equipment – Unrestricted Two Way Radio) Notice 2018 or replacement thereof.
A return of Amateur Radio transmitters supplied is sent to Radio Spectrum Management within 10 working days after the end of the month.
Returns include the following details of the person to whom the equipment was supplied:
- the name of the person
- the callsign
- the address and telephone number
- the date on which the equipment was supplied
- the make, model and serial number of the equipment
- the callsign
- the address and telephone number
- the date on which the equipment was supplied
- the make, model and serial number of the equipment
