30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unopened and in their original condition with Proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items (Clearance Items): We do not accept returns on final sale items or clearance items unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we fully comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
