Refunds
Due to the nature of vintage items, the likelihood of some signs of wear or use is high. I try to include descriptions of any specific faults, damage or signs of wear and tear that I deem to be noticeable or significant. Customers need to take the secondhand nature of the items sold at Station Master’s Vintage into account prior to purchasing from my store. I will not replace or refund a purchase when I believe the customer has not taken this aspect into account. Care is taken with packaging so damage during transit should not generally occur. Responsibility cannot be taken for items in transit. NZPost maintains a claims policy for damaged/lost items.
