Refunds And Warranty
Refunds: Refunds are processed in accordance with TradeMe’s refund policy. Please contact us through TradeMe if you encounter any issues with your purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Warranty: All automotive electrical parts come with a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Claiming Warranty: To claim a warranty, please contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request the item to be returned for inspection. If the item is found to be defective, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Return Shipping: If a return is approved under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
