Returns

 
Should an item be lost or damaged in transit we will assist you through the claim process. We require notification of damaged items within 24 hours of receipt of your item in order to claim.
 
All sales are final so please choose carefully, we will not refund if you have changed your mind.
 
It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason, freight charges are not refundable. Goods purchased at a special or promotion price will not be returned for credit.
 
The original Invoice must be returned with the goods or proof of purchase. Goods returned must be clean, undamaged, not fitted or used, in un-marked original packaging.
 
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be repaired, replaced or in the case that a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund will be arranged through the original method of payment.
