Warranty & Returns
 
1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice and as long as the part has been fitted by a qualified repairer.
 
2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
 
3. We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:
-  Item is dead on arrival or damaged
-  There is a manufacturing fault with the item
-  The wrong item was sent to you
 
4. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a fee to cover packing and shipping costs & associated fees.
 
Special order Auto Electrical parts are not able to be exchanged or returned.
 
We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
 
5. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
 
6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by All Auto Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between All Auto Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
 
7. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
 
8. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
 
9. Always contact us on 0800 255 387 or contact us via email with any issues or problems prior to returning the item/s. With your co-operation we will work hard to resolve any issues quickly.
 
Contact us if you have any reason to return the item.
We offer replacement if item is dead on arrival, damaged, faulty or the wrong item was sent to you (in these cases we will arrange return shipping for you). If you have purchased an item and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund minus a restocking fee to cover original fees & postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage).
 
Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility in this case. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by us.
 
We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier. The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the return delivery cost.
