Returns
When can you return or exchange a product?
Customer Error Returns:
If your item has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to return the item for a store credit if notified within 14 days from delivery date. If your item has been unboxed, and not used /connected or installed we can provide a store credit minus a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value of the item if notified within 14 days from delivery date. This will be processed once the item has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
Damaged Products:
If you notice a product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, you must report it to the driver on site or our customer service team on 0800 100 900, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Mattress Returns:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept mattress returns as a result of customer error or due to a change of mind.
Faulty Products:
Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.
