For eligible size exchanges, please contact us and return the item within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain in the condition supplied, without additional wear, use or alterations. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Non-faulty face masks, base layers and underwear are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Customers cover return postage for size exchanges.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your Trade Me purchase details so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return shipping. These conditions do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
