3 Year Warranty
Artist Guitars will cover any faults in workmanship or materials for a period of 3 Years from the date of purchase. If you have any issues simply contact us with a description of the fault and a copy of your original invoice number, a photograph of any fault will also help in most cases.
Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in the country of purchase. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, and if so, we will send the part to you for free. If more extensive work is required we will get the unit returned to us, and in some cases we will just send you out an immediate replacement.
100 Days Free Returns
We understand that when you buy items online that you want to feel safe in the knowledge that you bought the right item, it will arrive as described, and it will be in the same condition you would expect from a normal brick-and-mortar store.
Our 100-Day Free Returns policy covers you completely, so if you're not totally satisfied with the quality of your purchase, simply contact us and we will arrange a free return and a full refund, replacement or exchange.
