1. If you decide to return a product after purchasing, we may offer a refund, minus packaging, shipping, and related fees. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if you want a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. We will not process refunds or replacements until the returned goods have been received and properly tested and inspected.

3. We charge a $30 fee for packaging or restocking.

4. Please note that we do not accept returns on accessories/decorative items.
