Returns
We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be exactly what you needed. If you are not happy with this product, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days.
We like to keep our customers happy so if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns need to include the TradeMe invoice, and a brief note explaining return. We recommend returning with tracking to avoid loss of item. Returned items must include the box it came in and in re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on returned items.
