Returns

We rarely have returns but are happy to do this for products that are in a resaleable condition, which means they are unopened and undamaged, within 30 days for a full refund.
 
If you wish to return please contact us first (0800 236600), wrap the items well and return with your name and order number as reference to our address below.

Refunds
 
We will refund costs for returns after the products have been received.  Refunds can only be made to the same payment method used when ordering.
 
Cancellations
 
We can cancel and refund an order when it has not been despatched.  Please contact us as soon as possible as orders are processed quickly.
 
Incorrect Products Supplied
 
We are human and on a rare occasion we may send you an incorrect item.    If this happens we accept full responsibility, will check it out, and correct it for you.   Just contact us if this is the case.
 
Damaged or Lost-in-Transit
 
We use NZ Post / CourierPost’s tracked non-signature overnight delivery service as we think it’s by far the best in NZ.   When we fulfil your order we send you the tracking details with a link to the NZ Post site and your tracking code.
 
If you do not receive your order within at the very most 5 working days please let us know.  We will get it investigated and resolve any issue with NZ Post and you.
