If you change your mind, you can return your sewing machine within 7 days to your local dedicated BERNINA Sewing Centre, as detailed on your delivery documentation, for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the sewing machine is in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
If your sewing machine is faulty, or has been damaged during delivery you are entitled to have it repaired, replaced or be provided with a refund. Please return it to your local dedicated BERNINA Sewing Centre (as per your delivery documentation and provide proof of purchase).
Remember that you do have the confidence of a 10 year mechanical and 5 year electrical warranty with your BERNINA sewing machine or overlocker, and a 5 year mechanical and 2 year electrical warranty with your bernette sewing machine or overlocker.
