We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. If the product is faulty, we will of course replace it. In the case of faulty items, please attach pictures of the fault so that the item can be assessed before a replacement is approved. If you have simply changed your mind, we will exchange the product as long as it is in the original packaging & has not been opened. Bedding & Pillows cannot be exchanged for health reasons. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse in Sydney. Returns that are damaged or soiled (including packaging) may not be accepted & may be returned to you.
