How do I get the order back to you?
Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office, if a item is faulty or wrong we will pre-pay for a ticket for you. Please contact us first to make this happen. To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. For all returns that relate to a “Change of Mind” postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.

Goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post. Get in contact for the return address.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind? We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge or logistics costs, unless the order was faulty or incorrect. Please see exceptions below.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special deals, discounted or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Special Arrangements
If you opt to make a special request for your purchase such as but not limited to: a change of courier, YT partnership, bulk deal, marketing arrangements, discount request etc. In other words, you make us go our of our way in terms of time and effort we reserve the right to reject a return. When you buy a product or service under these conditions, the sale is final unless the item breaches a guarantee under the Consumer Guarantees Act. You can find additional information at the consumer protection government website, look for “Change of Mind”.
