Returns
ALL returns must be applied for within 14 days of the original purchase days. Changing your mind is NOT a valid reason for return or cancellation of an order – as supported by the Consumer Guarantees Act. This includes purchase of incorrect items, and we take no responsibility for this if the customer has not confirmed with us beforehand.
Absolutely NO returns will be accepted on custom-made, pre-order, or order-in items.
Any and all returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee at our discretion.
Unfortunately, we do not cover return freight on any faulty goods, exchanges, or general returns. We will cover freight involved with getting a replacement item sent back to you (within New Zealand).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards CANNOT be returned or credited.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
