Returns
We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer/supplier.
If you should need to return a product, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be in the original unopened / undamaged packaging that they were received in. Shipping charges will not be refunded in this case.
Please note that we will not, as a standard matter of course, offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Please ensure that you select your products carefully and that they are compatible with your requirements prior to buying.
If a product appears to be faulty please contact us immediately so that we can exchange it.
