We always try and make sure your parcel gets to you in great condition, but occasionally things go wrong. Please check your parcels thoroughly at the time of receiving it from the courier.
If your parcel is damaged or we’ve sent an incorrect item please take a photo of the damaged / incorrect item and contact us ASAP to arrange replacement.
No refunds or returns will be given if you’ve just changed your mind so please select carefully.
