At Choice Auto Parts, we stand by our products and our service. If you have a problem, we're here to help you sort it out quickly—you won't be left in the lurch!
1. Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Parts
If a part is faulty or if we have incorrectly supplied the wrong part for your vehicle:

This is our mistake, and we will take responsibility.

Where possible, a replacement part will be sent to you.

If we cannot supply a replacement part, then a full refund will be given.

We comply fully with all New Zealand consumer laws regarding quality and fitness for purpose.
2. General Returns & Conditions
To keep our process fair and simple, please note the following:

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind, or if the item was not what you expected it to be (please check photos and descriptions carefully before buying).

Condition of Return: Any part returned must be in a resalable, unused condition, complete with its original packaging, and must be entirely undamaged.

The Golden Rule: Check Before You Fit!

Please ensure the parts you have ordered are the correct parts for your vehicle before any painting, modification, or fitting takes place.

We cannot offer a refund for parts that have been painted, modified, or altered in any way.

3. Freight Charges - for returned items

Faulty/Incorrectly Supplied: If the return is due to our error or a genuine fault, we will cover any reasonable cost of returning the item to us.

All Other Returns: All other freight charges (including the original delivery fee) are to be met by the customer and are not refundable.
