Returns
We accept returns provided there is reasonable justification for sending the product back. Items must be in as-new condition, and original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
Please email or us if you need to discuss a return. You must fill out the returns form found on our website. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged in most cases.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the event of our inability to supply the purchased item, your sale will be refunded via your original purchase method.
We offer 1 free size exchange for items such as helmets and riding gear to ensure you get the correct fit. This applies to the same item but in a different size. Please note some larger riding gear prices increase as sizes do, so the free size exchange will not be applicable.
