Returns
Our 100 Day Return Policy means that you have heaps of time to return your order if you decide against it for any reason. Sending back your item is easy, just follow the below steps:
1. Package your item(s) and invoice into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging.
2. Attach your returns label onto the parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.
3. Post your parcel back to us, by taking it to your local post office and return it using a trackable service.
Please Note:
Please take care when packing your costume that the integrity of the label and bag are maintained.
In addition to special orders and mascots, we are unable to offer exchanges on the following items if the packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons: -Hosiery and undergarments -Stockings and socks -Eyelashes and contact lenses -Faux beards, moustaches -Prosthetics: fangs, fake teeth -Cosmetics - Inflatable products -Any item that has been worn or altered.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a new item altogether, the most efficient way for you to get it fast is to place a new order for the correct size or item and follow our Returns procedure above to get a refund for the original order.
Faulty Stock
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, we are happy to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team online or at +61280750314 so we can send you a replacement item right away and make arrangements to get the faulty product back to us.
