Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to exchange items purchased online, provided they are returned in original condition - unopened, unused, and in unmarked packaging - and accompanied by proof of purchase (tax invoice, receipt, or packing slip).
Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind or incorrect selection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To process an exchange, please include a note or message outlining the reason for return, the item you wish to exchange for, and a daytime contact number so our team can arrange the replacement (additional postage charges may apply).
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with items missing, we will resolve it at no cost to you. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team via

All returned goods must be approved prior to return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
