Returns Process:
Eligibility: For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Kindly be aware that specific items, including food, grocery, and pantry items, are not eligible for return. Please carefully consider your purchases, as our return policy does not accommodate returns based on a change of mind.
Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, kindly reach out to our customer service within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please provide your order number and specify the item(s) you intend to return and the reason for the return.
Return Authorisation: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return authorisation and detailed instructions on the next steps to proceed with the return.
Shipping your Return: Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of your item, and these are non-refundable.
Processing your refund: After receiving and examining your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution – be it a replacement or refund, based on the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.
For damaged parcels upon delivery, submit photo evidence within 48 hours. We'll investigate with Australia Post and aim to provide an outcome promptly. Thank you for your cooperation.
