Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 30 days of dispatch, and we'll issue you the price of your product.
If the product is not defective, it must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. Delivery fees are not included refunds, and the item must be returned at your own expense.
All refunds must be issued to the original payment method.
