Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item please email us to ensure we have the size or colour you require.
The item you return must be unworn, free from any aromas such as perfume or cigarette smoke, with the original cardboard tags attached and in it's original packaging. If an item has a hygiene strip this must be in place. Any items received that are not in this condition can be returned to you or donated to charity. The charity we donate bras to is 'Against Breast Cancer'. Other items are donated to a local charity shop.
Please ensure you enclose your Name, Postcode and details of the exchange in the parcel you are returning. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
