Returns
30 days Return to Base Warranty unless specified in the auction.
We will replace/exchange where possible and refunds will only be made where a replacement is not available. Contact must be made with us by email prior to returning the item under warranty.
We check quality of items before dispatching. However please let us know by email within 48 hours of receiving the item if you found any damages or factory faults. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damages/faults.
Refund will not be provided if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision/selection, so please choose carefully.
Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer, and does not cover normal tear and wear, misuse and abuse.
Return
All items must be un-used and in resalable condition and must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs of damaged/faulty item under the warranty.
Any returning items have to be in original condition and packaging/box. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition and packaging/box.

The buyer's responsibility to check the item upon receiving, If there is any damage or fault then please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
The buyer's responsibility to make sure that the screen protector product is what they look for BEFORE applies it to the device. Due to the particularity of the screen protector product, The buyer is easy to check it before applying etc cut outs, size and exterior. If you think that is not what you look for, Please contact us by email within the time frame (48 hours of receiving the item). We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame or the screen protector is applied to the device.
