We want you to be completely happy with the products you buy from Ecrotek. We are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully. We are happy to exchange it within 28 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase and providing the items are in their original condition.
To return an item:

Please return the product within 28 days from delivery date.

Please produce your original Ecrotek invoice (receipt) when you return your product(s).

Items can be returned for exchange or credit only.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us on 0800 11 77 66 for us to provide a remedy.
Please contact us if you are unable to comply with these requirements. Ecrotek cannot accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.
