Returns due to subject reasons (e.g. change of mind) are acceptable. In such cases, return freight charges must be covered by the customer. The product must be returned to us in new and unused conditions with all accessories and original packaging. The full product value, minus the shipping, gift wrapping or other charges, will be refunded to the customer.

In case of replacing faulty products, we will re-ship the new item to the customer for free. If any faulty or damaged products need to be sent back to us, the amount of returning freight we cover is only up to the freight paid to us at the initial sale.
