Change of mind Policy: We do not allow any return or refund if you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.
All our warranty terms are stated in our auctions.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for the products we sell. We may repair, replace or refund any product in accordance with the Act if that product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet the standards imposed by the Act.
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 we may repair, replace or refund any product that does not meet the standards set out in those Acts.
All customer service requests must be made via e-mail with your contact details, Trademe reference and summary of the issue.
To return a product, the customer needs to cover their postage and we will cover ours. All faulty products must be returned and inspected before any repair, replacement or refund.
(Please note: We do take liability for damage or missing caused by inappropriate return of the item)
If the product is found faulty after inspection, we will repair, replace where possible. Where the options are not available, a full refund will be provided.
The product will be returned to you at your expense if the product is found not defective.
