If for some reason your goods arrive damaged or inoperable, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. In this circumstance, please call us on (09) 909 78 78 (this calls us at our Melbourne Office) to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return the item for any other reason, we do allow this within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return postage to our warehouse. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the returned merchandise. Returns that are damaged or soiled (including packaging) will not be accepted. The returned item must be suitable to resell.
