Returns
We do our best to ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met and keep our customers satisfied. Therefore, in circumstances where a product develops a fault within the warranty period, our team will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced by the supplier or manufacture.
Please note that the cost of returning the faulty item to the appropriate warehouse (location depending on the product ordered) is to be paid by the customer. Our warehouses are located throughout NZ. In normal circumstances, we will cover the delivery costs of returning the item to the customer.
Please note that we will not offer a refund or exchange if you have changed your mind or chosen incorrectly. Therefore, please ensure that the products are selected carefully and compatible with your requirements before purchasing.
Any returns made outside of faults or warranty will, at our discretion, attract a 15% or $50 restocking fee, and the associated freight cost/tracking will be entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
Note that we do not offer physical pickups or returns for purchases made through our Trade Me store.
