Returns
We have a 14 day returns policy from when you receive the goods. We do refund subject to clearance policy below.
As standard, returns must be in original packing, not worn outside with all tags attached.
Cost to return is yours, we suggest track & trace as it is at your risk.
Swaps
For an incorrect size - we allow 1 swap for a change in size at no cost (subject to the Clearance Lines policy). Phone or email us with what you would like to do and once returned we will send out the new size. To quicken the process up, you can place another order for the correct size & we'll send it out - then refund once the original in returned.
