Returns
Faulty goods are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Frenelle Jewellery will accept return of faulty products under the following conditions:

Return of faulty goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase and any purchase reference number.

The product is not of acceptable quality

The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
Any goods which are found to be faulty, will be replaced by Frenelle or, if the jewellery item is no longer available, a full refund will be given.
