Returns

 
Products purchased from FRRE Irrigation & Farming Supplies Ltd may be returned under the following circumstances
 
Manufactures Fault or Defect
We will refund or replace the product. We'll reimburse your cost for returning the product . The product will need to be send to us for
inspection.  
To speed up the refund or replacement process, please send pictures of defect.Your refund will be paid within 7 days after we have received the product or have inspected the pictures we have received from you.
 
If you change your mind on the product
We understand if you change your mind on the product you have ordered. We will refund you for the product, but you will need to pay
the return costs. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we have received the product back at our depot.
The product needs to be in an unused, unopened condition in its original packaging.

 
If your product was damaged in transit
Please keep the product and packaging to return both for an replacement. Pictures would help to speed up the replacement process.
Our packaging team will need to inspect the packaging material to prevent future occurances.
We'll reimburse your cost for returning the product, and send your replacement at our cost.

 
If we delivered the wrong product
If we delivered the wrong product, we will refund your costs, and send out the correct product as soon as you let us know about it.
We will ask you to return the incorrect product at our cost, or alternatively, we will arrange a courier to pick up the product from you.

 
If you have made an ordering error
We understand if you made an ordering error on the product you have ordered. We will refund you for the product, but you will need to pay
the return costs. You can expect to receive your refund within 7 days after we have received the product back at our depot.
The product needs to be in an unused, unopened condition in its original packaging.

 
Warranty
Warranty periods differs from product to product. Warranties covers manufacturers faults of the products or parts thereof.  
Unless otherwise stated above, products are sold on a return to depot basis,as we will need to determine the cause of failure or defect.
To speed up the process, please send pictures of the faulty product as soon as possible.
If we find the product to be faulty, we will refund or replace your product , and reimburse you for your postage costs.
